So my project wasn’t done on Monday. I blame it on the lousy shop hours and my gross underestimation of how long everything would take. In any case i’m finishing it tomorrow (the glue has to dry for eight hours before i get to burn it!!!) but i thought i’d give you guys a little taste since you’ve been waiting so patiently. =)
Bird on a Bridge
I had to get my car to go to the bank this afternoon and i didn’t want to put it away again after such a short time together. Plus it was 4:30 and you can park on the street for free at six, so i decided to go for a drive and explore a bit of West Columbia. I found the one curvy road in the whole city and ran it four times before coming across this sweet little park area with a walking path and a stream. It was super quiet and the lighting was fantastic, so i just chilled and took pictures. Eventually the light faded and i just sat on a picnic table and watched the birds. It was wonderful! I definitely have a new favorite place in Columbia.
